Prices

At Ladeklubben ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated including VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Subject to sold out items.

Payment

Ladeklubben ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, Bank transfer. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Subject to pricing errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Ladeklubben ApS strives to ship orders placed before 5 PM the same day, orders after that are shipped the following business day.

We ship to all of Denmark. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified at checkout.

We do not deliver abroad, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

OBS: If there is no room at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest pickup point, which you will be notified about. If problems arise, please contact customer service.

Items are delivered on all weekdays.

Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The conditions will be specified before purchase of these items.

Warranty

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must report the defect within a "reasonable time" after discovering it. Ladeklubben ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refunds

In case of a refund, please include your bank details (registration number and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be safely provided by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to complete the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day full return policy applies to items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day:

  • You receive the order.
  • You receive the last item in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several rounds.
  • You receive the last batch or last part in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement for delivery of items consisting of several batches/parts.
  • You receive the first item in physical possession, when it concerns regular delivery of items over a specific period.

You must pay the return costs yourself.

Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the withdrawal you must return the shipment within 14 days. The notification must be given by email to info@ladeklubben.dk. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you want to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed return slip and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the item without simultaneously giving clear notice.

Items Excluded from Right of Withdrawal

The following types of items are not included in the right of withdrawal:

  • Items manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or given a clearly personal character.
  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.
  • Items where the seal has been broken.
  • Performed non-financial services, if delivery of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal expires when the service is fully performed.
  • Delivery of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
  • Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except subscription agreements for such publications.
  • Agreements made at public auction.
  • Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Processing is faster if you also fill out and enclose our withdrawal form.

You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.

We do not accept packages sent COD.

Condition of Items upon Return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore test the item without actually putting it into use.

Reimbursement

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid us back.

In case of diminished value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

  • Information about what you have purchased

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the item to you and handling inquiries regarding your purchase. Processing is done according to the rules in our personal data policy for Ladeklubben ApS.
